HOA Property Management Relations
AIB provides detailed financial reporting for each homeowner and elected Board Officer of the Association on a monthly basis.  In addition to monthly reporting, our staff will keep the homeowners advised of building matters, both verbally and through written correspondence.  We are always available to meet in person or by phone or you may visit your private homeowner website to review all homeowner documents and updated financials yourself.

Financial Reporting and Long Range Planning
When AIB is hired a great deal of confidence is entrusted in us to handle the financial affairs of the property.  It is crucial to the partnership that the financial reports are detailed, easy to understand and received in a timely.  AIB employees full time financial staff to oversee the accounting department and sends statements on a monthly basis to all Board Officers to keep them informed of the property's receipts, expenditures and overall financial conditions.

Budgeting and Year End Reporting
Your budget is the most important tool in planning for the future and is used as the guide by which the property is fiscally operated and managed.  We provide a draft budget based on historic, present and proposed expenditures for final approval. 
AIB uses qualified certified Public Accountants to prepare required year-end tax filings and to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
